Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and powerful tool designed to give you an experience of your true self. Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is a technology that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, mudra (hand gestures), meditation and mantra to balance the glandular system and strengthen the nervous system.  It brings balance to the body, mind and soul so you may feel energised, calm and relaxed.

These classes are open to women and men.

Teen Classes


Teen Yoga and Meditation

The Teens Yoga Course is based on the practice of Kundalini yoga for boys and girls aged between 12 and 17 and will introduce yoga and meditation in a safe and supportive environment.

Each class will include a unique combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mantra (sound) and meditation that is threaded together into a specific sequence to work on a particular personal focus.

Classes are accessible to anyone no matter your experience of yoga. Students will develop life long preventative strategies for coping with challenges, and develop a sense of their true self and power.
